- We obtained the first reported High Court judgment on Covid arrears (CRI v TFS Stores Limited (2021)), which was reported as a resounding success for landlords. We also obtained some of the first reported decisions under the Covid arrears arbitration scheme in 2022 (CRI v RHL Realisations Limited; Stratford Nominees v Newspoint (Stratford) Limited).
- Working with the landlord of a large scale urban regeneration project on a debt recovery matter, recovering rent arrears accrued by tenants across our client’s substantial retail portfolio.
