The department supports clients proactively on an ongoing basis in order to navigate complex legislation, manage their rights and obligations in respect of regulatory obligations and criminal liabilities, including conducting multi-jurisdictional investigations in order to identify and manage risk, sanctions, money laundering and bribery risk, and reporting.

- For multiple individuals in connection with FCA, US DoJ/CFTC investigations into LIBOR, EURIBOR and F/X manipulation.
- As Co-counsel with US lawyers in defence of criminal proceedings instigated by the US DoJ against a UK national relating to LIBOR manipulation – trial in October 2018, acquitted on appeal.
- For a senior trader in defence of criminal proceedings instigated by the SFO against a German national relating to EURIBOR manipulation.
