She has significant commercial property experience having worked on a wide variety of commercial property transactions.

She acts for clients in both the public and private sectors particularly within the retail sector. This includes acquisitions and disposals together with ancillary documents such as deeds of covenant, deeds of easements and overage agreements.

Her experience also includes dealing with all types of asset management work acting on behalf of major Landlord clients on multi lettings of shopping centres and factory outlet centres. As well as dealing with development agreements and the granting of leases, subleases, assignments and licences to alter on behalf of a Tenant client.
