  • Biography

    Julie-Anne has significant experience dealing with disputes before the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court. She routinely engages with all forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Her practice comprises general commercial litigation matters with a particular focus on disputes relating to property, landlord and tenant, construction and planning, and environmental issues.

    Julie-Anne is a member of the Irish Environmental Lawyers Association and a committee member of the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.

    Julie-Anne's featured experience includes:

    • Acting on behalf of a renewable energy company in relation to a multi-million-euro contractual dispute
    • Acting on behalf of an Irish retailer in judicial review proceedings in the Commercial Court in respect of a planning decision
    • Advising a statutory body in relation to proceedings challenging the scope and validity of its' search and seizure powers
    • Acting on behalf of an insurer and insured in relation to a professional negligence claim relating to a high-profile development
