Rachel handles a wide range of cases for insurance clients, specialising in serious and catastrophic injury claims. She has dealt with claims involving a variety of injuries including brain injury, amputations, tetraplegia, paraplegia and other spinal conditions.
She is experienced in handling cases involving children who have sustained catastrophic injuries and has particular expertise in cases involving jurisdictional and cross border issues.
