Philip Harman advises a wide variety of UK employers upon all aspects of employment law and practice including large scale reorganisations, TUPE, executive departures and industrial relations - including recognition issues, collective bargaining and industrial disputes.  Philip advises employers upon claims with a particular personal focus on legally complex or highly ‘sensitive’ claims involving a high financial or reputational value.  Philip also undertakes assignments as an independent investigatory officer.
