As Head of Business Advisory, Khurram has oversight over the corporate, commercial, and employment practice areas at DACB, and he sits on the Executive Board.

Khurram’s employment practice focuses on complex disputes for major employers across the financial services and technology sectors, including a number of global investment banks. He has extensive experience of defending sensitive discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims, including the successful defence of a claim for £15m back pay and reinstatement arising out of the Forex regulatory investigations. He is a “go to” adviser in the city for senior level exits.

Khurram is also an expert on data protection and human rights arising in the employment context, and his experience include devising a protocol for a leading retail bank for responding to data subject access requests from both customers and employees.

Khurram is recognised as a Leading Partner in Legal 500 and ranked as Band 1 in the Chambers UK Guide. In 2022, Khurram was included The Lawyer’s Hot 100 list.
