Kate qualified as a solicitor in January 2009 and commenced working for DAC Beachcroft Dublin in November 2013. Since qualifying, Kate has specialised in personal injuries defence litigation. She has acted for a range of international and domestic insurers, self-insured entities, local authorities and state bodies.Kate has vast experience dealing with a wide variety of High Court and Circuit Court cases spanning all circuits in the country and covering the areas of public liability, employer's liability, motor claims, fatal injuries and defamation. She has managed numerous complex and multi-party cases.Prior to joining DAC Beachcroft Dublin, Kate worked in a Dublin firm specialising in defence litigation where she had responsibility for a large portfolio of files acting on behalf of a major insurance company.
