She act for the defenders in a major litigation involving over 100 linked cases raised on behalf of cyclists who have fallen on city centre tram tracks and sustained injuries. Two cases proceeded to a lengthy proof in the Court of Session involving significant co-ordination with experts, witnesses and counsel. The related cases continue to be defended.

Negotiated settlement of fatal claims raised by the family of a care home resident who died in an accident at the care home. This involved a long running litigation with complex arguments of liability, quantum and medical causation.
