Gemma is Head of DACB’s Residential team and a member of the Real Estate Executive.
She specialises in all aspects of land acquisition and development for clients including: Bellway, Vistry, Ilke, Crest and Taylor Wimpey, as well as specialist btr and affordable housing providers. Her advice covers, for example: site assembly acquisition, option agreements and conditional contracts, overage, joint ventures, promotion and collaboration agreements.
Gemma joined the firm in 2003 as a trainee and was admitted to the partnership in 2015.
