Liz specialises in insurance litigation and personal injury work.

She has over 20 years’ experience dealing with road traffic, employers’ liability and public liability claims. She has led teams advising on a number of the firm’s blue chip clients on these issues.

Liz has considerable managerial experience and operational expertise which has led to her joining the Claims Solutions Operations Hub to drive change. Liz’s focus is on operational excellence leading to the implementation of new internal processes, quality reviews, team and management structures all to ensure high quality service delivery and to improve cycle times and lower indemnity spend. Liz is involved in projects across the Claims Solutions Group working on product design, service delivery and behaviours.

Liz also manages various client relationships and is a LeanSix Sigma Yellow Belt and a certified TetraMap Facilitator.

• Developing and implementing Opex capacity management programmes.

• Defining and developing best practice.

• Operational management and coaching.

• Writing and delivering internal training sessions and programmes.
