Charlotte specialises in integration within the NHS and between the NHS and independent providers. She advises on major health projects, including outsourcing arrangements and the development of Provider subsidiaries. She is an expert in primary care.

Charlotte is currently working on integrated care models and contractual structures for NHS organisations, local authorities and the independent sector. She advises on complex and innovative models, include outcomes-based arrangements, prime and alliance contracting, and the development collaborative models.

She advises extensively on primary care issues including advising national and local NHS organisations on major national primary care policies, strategy, procurements, commissioning arrangements, and disputes.
