    Amanda has a range of experience in advising insurers in respect of civil defence litigation claims. She had represented a variety of insurers in respect of RTA, employers liability, and public liability claims at both County Court and High Court.

    Amanda has also acted on behalf of a number of employers/bodies throughout HSE investigations and prosecutions, and advised throughout. She has experience of advising and assisting clients including clinical/medical organisations through Coroners Court and subsequent Civil Litigation.

    Amanda has also advised employers in relation to employment issues, and acted on their behalf at Tribunal in the course of proceedings.
