Biography
Tobias advises French and international clients in pre-litigation and litigation across domestic and cross-border matters.
He developed experience in civil and commercial litigation and restructuring at French and Anglo-Saxon law firms before joining DAC Beachcroft.
He holds a Master’s degree in International and European Litigation (Paris‑Nanterre) and a dual Master’s in French and Spanish law (Paris 1 / Complutense). Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
