Eric's focus includes counselling insurers on a broad range of coverage issues pertaining to their obligations under a variety of policies, principally involving casualty lines. His experiences includes addressing coverage issues concerning large losses, environmental claims, mass torts (e.g., pharmaceuticals, etc.), professional liability and construction defects throughout the United States and internationally. Eric also has experience addressing coverage for alleged violations of privacy statutes in various jurisdictions, including under cyber policies, as well as claims concerning copyright infringement.

Eric has represented numerous insurers in multiple jurisdictions throughout the northeastern United States. His experience includes litigating matters in both state and federal court, including at the appellate level, as well as through Bermuda Form London arbitrations.
