Eduardo is a specialist in civil liability and insurance. He has wide experience in the areas of medical liability (public and private), responsibility of Public Administrations, health insurance and Life and Pension insurance.

Eduardo has more than 20 years of experience advising insurance companies, for which he has been issuing risk and viability reports on large risk claims, as well as reports on the interpretation of insurance contracts.

He has extensive litigation experience, due to his involvement in high volume proceedings in different jurisdictions. At present, many insurance companies trust on his advice and experience in civil liability, procedural and insurance matters. He has advised in drafting and adapting policies into Spanish law.

As a specialist in health law, Eduardo teaches at ICADE and is a regular contributor in specialised publications and events.
