Biography
Andrew has advised on a broad range of commercial matters, including major strategic procurements, public / private sector collaborations and highly regulated commercial contracts in the health and social care sector.
Relevant experience includes:
- Advising digital health providers on their significant / high-value customer contracts
- Advising a medical devices manufacturer on the negotiation of contracts to supply its devices through UK framework agreements
- Advising on a public / private multi-party collaboration to support improved planning and delivery of clinical trials in the UK
- Advising on the full range of clinical research contracts, including clinical trial and investigation agreements (both commercial and non-commercial) and third-party funding/supply agreements
