DAC Beachcroft has completed the purchase of 100 acres of land at Mosely Common, Wigan for Kellen Homes from Peel Land.

This will see the development of 815 houses, part of a larger 1,044 home scheme in a partnership comprising Kellen Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Great Places Housing Group. The Mosley Common masterplan also includes three parks, new transport hubs and infrastructure.

Commenting for DAC Beachcroft, Alison Key, Head of Real Estate, said, "We are delighted to have supported Kellen Homes in a deal that brings high quality, mixed use tenure housing to this part of Wigan."
