- Representing University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust in relation to the inquests into patients treated by Ian Paterson, involving over 50 deceased patients
- Advising on all aspects of CQC challenge, including representing providers in Regulation 12 prosecutions, preparing representations and appeals following Notice of Proposals and Notice of Decisions by the CQC across the sector, from new entrants seeking registration, through expansion of services, services to those with LD and autism under the Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture national policy, post transaction registration amendments and challenging s.29A warning notices. We work with numerous boards on regulatory awareness and preparedness for well-led reviews, including mock interviews
- Advising on a national safeguarding review investigation into historic safeguarding/abuse concerns
