Vladimir Rostan d’Ancezune leads DAC Beachcroft’s Paris office. He works in insurance coverage and litigation, particularly in product liability (including healthcare products), recalls, industrial risks, construction, and environmental matters.

He also acts in travel agency liability (major accidents, crisis management), energy, and insurance intermediary liability.

Vladimir advises and represents insurance companies and major insureds in both advisory and litigation matters, handling technical and international cases.

In addition to his work in France, he regularly acts in international disputes, including international insurance programs and proceedings before Anglo-Saxon and Latin American courts. He coordinates cross-border teams and delivers solutions tailored to multicultural contexts.
