As Client Account Management Director Tom’s responsibilities include:
- Quality and KPIs
 - Co-ordination of individual client CRM
 - Secondments and added value services
 - Client listening
 - Billing and Payment processes
 
As Account Manager for specific clients, Tom is responsible for:
- Acting as the interface between the client and CSG teams
 - Formulating and driving forward the CRM strategy
 - Enhancing the strategic partnership relationship
 - Co-ordinating added value activity
 - Product development and marketing
 
Relevant experience includes:
- Previously Head of Casualty, also Head of Motor
 - Tenders and pricing
 - Qlik data analysis and reporting
 - Completing ABI Future Leaders course
