Biografía
Erik, a French‑Colombian attorney, focuses on international litigation and insurance law in cross‑border disputes.
He advises insurers and multinational groups on industrial risk, product liability, construction defects and contractual liability matters, as well as mass litigation involving Latin America and Europe.
Before joining DAC Beachcroft, he served as legal advisor to the Colombian National Assembly and as in‑house counsel for a financial institution. Bars: Colombia (2017); Paris (2025).
