Ceri has experience of all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and particular expertise in equality and discrimination issues. Ceri has worked with the Government Equalities Office and advises the Employers Network on Equality and Inclusion.

Ceri also sits on the Employment Lawyers Association's training committee and is regularly involved in ELA's responses to Government consultations on employment issues.
