Biography
Admitted at the Paris Bar in 2003 and after having practiced in French and international full-service law firms, Beatrice joined DAC Beachcroft in 2025.
Béatrice offers her recognized expertise in national and international cases, advises actors of the aeronautics, the insurance and the transport industries, within their prelitigation, litigation and ADR procedures arising from complex product liability issues, personal injury, and/or cargo loss and damage, and within business litigation.
She also provides counseling within regulatory, insurance, contractual and financial issues. She notably has a general counseling and litigation practice in business law (comprising contract law and liability law) and IT and Personal Data law, including in relation to cyber and new emerging risks, for clients involved in various industries and the tourism sector.
