A team of DAC Beachcroft's real estate experts has supported property development and investment company Robert Hitchins Ltd in the acquisition and leasing of a multi-million pound designer outlet in Tewksbury, Gloucestershire.

The Cotswolds Designer Outlet, which opened on 16 July 2025, provides 54 new stores across a total of 136,000 sq ft. Phase two of the scheme will see the outlet extended by a further 50,000 sq ft.

Lettings at the outlet include international and national fashion, athleisure, lifestyle, and homeware brands as well as a range of cafés and restaurants, and two local independent operators.

The DACB team was led by partner and Head of DACB's Real Estate team Alison Key, supported by senior associates George Taylor and Louise Knowler, associate Yasmin Wilson, and trainee solicitor Lia Gaffney.
