International law firm DAC Beachcroft has expanded the Corporate Insurance & Risk (CIR) team within its CSG business, with the appointment of David Caswell as a Partner.
A specialist in serious and catastrophic injury claims, David joins from Clyde & Co, where he was the lead partner for Core EL/PL and Claims Management Services.
David has extensive experience of representing and defending the interests of clients across all types and values of EL/PL claims, with particular expertise in the areas of Retail, Construction and Logistics as well as in representing local authorities.
