    Joanne trained with the firm and specialised in employment law on qualification. As a senior solicitor in the team Joanne advised on a wide range of employment law issues and represented clients at employment tribunal.

    After six years with the firm Joanne joined BPP Law School where she was a senior lecturer and Deputy Programme Leader of the Legal Practice Course.

    Joanne returned to DAC Beachcroft in January 2009 as a Professional Support Lawyer for the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Group (“EPI”). Her current role as HLegal Director - Knowledge Lawyer for EPI includes providing sector specific updates to clients and to the EPI on legal developments and their business impact, as well as maintenance of the Group’s knowledge bank and precedents. She is also responsible for the training and development programme for the lawyers in the team.
