International law firm DAC Beachcroft has announced the appointment of Marcus Gwyer as a partner in the firm's Corporate team in London.
Marcus, who joins DACB from A&O Shearman, is a corporate insurance specialist with a focus on transactional and advisory work. He brings significant experience in advising on major transactions in the insurance sector and acts for both life and non-life clients across a broad range of matters including M&A, Part VII transfers, structured (re)insurance arrangements, pension de-risking and regulatory advice.
