International law firm DAC Beachcroft has announced the appointment of corporate and funds lawyer Karl Bradford as a partner.
Karl specialises in corporate transactions, joint ventures and the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds, including real estate, PE, debt, infrastructure and energy funds.
Joining from Foot Anstey, he brings extensive experience in supporting clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on transactions involving real estate assets. His client base includes national and international fund managers, family offices, development finance institutions, institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.
Commenting on the appointment, Michael Pearce, a corporate partner at DACB, said, "Karl's proven track record in handling complex transactions, particularly in the real estate market, will be a great asset to our business.
