Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft, in consortium with Sharpe Pritchard, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Legal Panel for Government framework (RM6360).

Being named as a supplier on Lot 1 – Core Legal Services – builds on the consortium's proven track record and complementary expertise, with DACB and Sharpe Pritchard having both served as suppliers on the previous RM6179 framework.

Lot 1, which covers general legal services, includes a wide range of mandatory legal specialisms to meet the government’s core legal service demands. It is designed to support buyers by providing general legal advice necessary for project delivery and addressing various legal issues.

Nathan Butcher, Partner at DAC Beachcroft, commented, "Being named as a supplier on the new framework is testament to our collaborative approach with Sharpe Pritchard, and the strength of our long-standing relationship with CCS. It also reflects our deep understanding of the legal, policy and operational challenges faced by public sector bodies - and our commitment to helping them navigate these with clarity."

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
