International law firm DAC Beachcroft has once again been named in the list of 'Top 10 Employers for Working Families'.
The annual list, compiled by Working Families - the UK’s national work-life balance charity - recognises organisations across the public, private and third sectors that demonstrate outstanding flexible and family-friendly policies and practices.
DACB’s continued recognition reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to supporting its people through initiatives that promote balance, foster belonging, and ensure equitable opportunity.
These include gender-balanced partner development programmes, inclusion training for team leaders, and enhanced support for maternity returners. The firm has also introduced policies covering pregnancy loss and fertility treatment, while its ‘Flex Forward’ programme enables colleagues to balance responsibilities at home and in the workplace.
