We advise our clients in respect of all licensing matters relating to the provision of entertainment, the sale of alcohol, betting and gaming, particularly within the sports and entertainment industry, in particular relating to the Licensing Act and the Gambling Act. We also provide other specialist licensing and regulatory advice regarding Marriage and Civil Partnership licences, the Live Music Act, PRS and PPL licences etc.
Our team of licensing lawyers has c. 30 years experience of providing specialist licensing advice.
All of our licensing lawyers have broad licensing experience and we dedicate ourselves to ensuring our knowledge stays up to date, in order to give you the best service possible. We will always make sure that junior solicitors and members of staff are supported and supervised appropriately to ensure a high level of service. Paralegals who may assist on matters as appropriate. Although they are not legally qualified, they have received extensive training within our firm and work under the direct supervision of a solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
