Jonathan is an Associate in DAC Beachcroft's Commercial Litigation team in London. He has experience advising clients in a variety of complex, international litigation and regularly represents clients in the High Court, before regulatory bodies, and has also been before the Court of Appeal.

Biography
Jonathan specialises in commercial dispute resolution and has experience dealing with a wide range of high value/multi-party contentious matters. He regularly advises on shareholder disputes, breach of contract, company disputes, professional liability, and issues of corporate governance and directors' duties.
Jonathan has a particular interest in cryptocurrency and technology disputes. He also co-leads London's Commercial Litigation Artificial Intelligence Working Group and has group-action experience having worked on Bates and Others v Post Office and the Dieselgate Emissions Scandal at a previous firm.
