Biography
Jo specialises in employment law, advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She acts for international employers across a number of key sectors, including financial services, technology, and healthcare.
Jo was recognised as a 'rising star' by the International Employment Lawyer's "Tomorrow's Leaders" survey for 2025.
Jo has significant experience in employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal litigation, regularly leading on complex and reputationally important whistleblowing and discrimination claims, particularly for regulated clients. Aside from litigation, Jo advises on the full range of employment law, including transactional/organisational change, and manages international projects, demonstrating her breadth of experience and versatility.
