  • Présentation

    Ben was previously Location Head of the firm’s Bristol office (2023-2026) and Head of the firm’s Professional and Commercial Risk department (2020-2026); and he continues to practice as a commercial disputes lawyer. 

    As Senior Partner, Ben’s role is to act as chair of the LLP Group Board and (together with the Managing Partner) lead the firm.

    Ben’s particular areas of current focus in the role are: 

    • Championing our people – developing talent and supporting future leaders 
    • Staying close to clients – maintaining an outward-facing, commercially relevant perspective, with a strong focus on business development 

    In addition, Ben continues to practice in complex litigation and injunctions, especially freezing orders, search orders and injunctions dealing with the misuse of confidential information, restrictive covenants, and data loss.
